I co-own Nina with my good friend and mentor, Diane Troese. Without Diane's guidance and trust, I wouldn't have had the chance to show Nina - and I'm so grateful for the experience.

Nina is Christopher's mother, and the original idea was to show Nina in Juniors while Christopher grew up. Well, that did happen, and so much more. I have shown Nina to numerous Best of Breeds, Bests of Opposite Sex (specialty and all-breed), as well as a Best in Specialty Show. Nina was also the number 26 Sheltie in the country, and under very limited showing, I think that's quite an accomplishment!

Nina is my best friend. She goes just about everywhere with me, and I think we have a special bond. Everyone has a "once in a lifetime" dog - I can't believe I found Nina so soon after I started showing dogs. Nina enjoys her reign as queen, and she can often be found on my bed with the fan blowing on her.
